We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore exchanges and returns are weclome for website credit within 10 days.  We regret we cannot accept returns after 10 days for any reason.  Shipping costs in either direction are at the customer's expense.  If an item was purchased along with free shipping and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both back to samanthadrew.com and back to the customer.  Bedding, discounted, or custom items are final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable.  We strive to accurately price all items displayed on our website; if there is any difference in a price of an item, we will notify you before completing the order.  We appreciate your bsuiness; if you have further questions, please contact us at info@samanthadrew.com.
